Bai He is a Hong Kong football player. He is currently playing on a position of defensive midfielder in Hong Kong First Division League club Sun Pegasus on loan from South China. He was born on November 19, 1983 in Baoding, China.

Bai He started his senior career with Chengdu Wuniu, spending there two seasons (2004-2006). Then he enjoyed successful spell with South China (2006-2012), having made 79 appearances for six years before joining on loan to Sun Pegasus.

Bai He has been capped 18 times for his national team.
