Baurzhan Islamkhan is a football player from Kazakhstan. He was born in 1993 and came through the youth system of Taraz. Having graduated from the academy he was promoted to the first team and on 6 March 2011 he made his first appearance in the Kazakhstan Premier League game against Irtysh. In the 2011/12 season he wore the captain’s armband and in 2012 he was named the KFF’s Young Player of the Year.
Islamkhan earned his first cap for the national team on 29 February 2012 in the match against Latvia. In 2013 he penned a $200,000 deal with Kuban Krasnodar.
