Benjamin Stambouli. Biography

A French football player Benjamin Stambouli is a defender of the French club Montpellier HSC in Ligue 1.

This footballer is equally proficient at playing both as a defender and as a midfielder. Perhaps it runs in his blood as his father Henri Stambouli is former footballer who used to guide the youth club Marseille. Furthermore Stambouli’s grandfather is ex-manager of Gérard Banide.

The youngest in this generation of football players – Benjamin – plays for the France Under-21 football team. He also received awards in various Under-21 squads. On 3 March 2010 Stambouli signed his first professional three-year contract with Montpellier. On 8 August 2010 Benjamin made his debut in a league match against Bordeaux.
