Boris Pandža is a defender born on 15 December 1986 in Mostar, Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Boris grew up in the youth system of Zrinjski Mostar. His professional career began at Široki Brijeg. During the first two seasons Pandža was warming the bench most of the time managing to make a handful of appearances on the pitch. In 2006 Boris transferred to Croatian side Hajduk Split where he stayed for 4 years. From 2006 to 2010 he earned 61 appearances and netted 2 goals for the Croatian club.
In 2010 KV Mechelen reached an agreement with Hajduk Split on the acquisition of Pandža. In 2013 Pandza completed a move to Gornik Zabrze.
During the time span from 2006 to 2008 Boris competed for Bosnia and Herzegovina U-21 squad. Since 2007 he has played 14 matches for the senior team.
