A Portuguese footballer Bruno Manuel Araújo Braga plays as a midfielder for Rio Ave. He was born on 17 June 1983 in Massarelos.
In 2002 he gave a start to his professional career. The footballer signed a contract with Salgueiros. He had graduated from the club’s academy. That was a hard slog for Bruno to start performing at the senior level. During two years he made 27 appearances as a substitute player. In the summer 2004, Braga took the proposal from Tirsense, where he was groomed during the following two seasons. His good performance started to catch attention of various Portuguese clubs. In the summer 2006, Bruno opted to join Leça. He penned a two-season contract and started playing for a new team. He earned more playing experience and became stronger, that’s why the other clubs’ interest in the footballer enhanced considerably. In the summer 2008, Leixões scouted Bruno. He performed for the club during two seasons, making 42 appearances and scoring 5 goals.
In 2010, the midfielder joined Rio Ave, where he immediately clinched into the first eleven. He continues to make appearances for the team, already featuring in more than 40 club’s fixtures.
