Christian Kinkela is a Congolese midfielder currently playing for the Portuguese top flight side Moreirense. He was born on 25 May 1982 in Kinshasa, Zaire.
Christian began his professional career with a French club FC Tours in 2002 and went on with Belgian team Royale Union Saint-Gilloise in the 2003/04 season. In 2004, he returned to France and played for such clubs as Racing Club Paris, Amiens SC, Paris FC and US Boulogne until 2009. In 2009, Kinkela joined Ajaccio and shortly established himself as a regular in the starting lineup. He scored 18 goals in 99 matches for the club during a three-year stint. In 2012, the Congolese player signed a contract with Sedan Ardennes but having played only 8 matches for the Ligue 2 side, he moved to the Portuguese Primeira Liga team Moreirense and plays there today.
Christian Kinkela is capped to the Congo DR national team since 2004. He helped his country to climb up to the African Cup of Nations quarter-finals in 2006.
