Cihan Özkara. Biography

Cihan Özkara is an Azerbaijani forward of German and Turkish descent who currently plays for Sivasspor in the Turkish Süper Lig. He was born on 14 July 1991 in Hamm, Germany.

Cihan is a product of LR Ahlen youth system where he played for 8 years. In 2009, he signed his first professional contract with Rot Weiss Ahlen and made his senior debut in a German Cup match against SpVgg Greuther Fürth in September 2009. In 2011, Özkara moved to Turkey where he signed for Sivasspor and plays for the club since then. In 2012, though, he had a short loan stint at Kayseri Erciyesspor amassing 8 league matches.

Cihan Özkara is capped to the Azerbaijan national team since 2012.
