A Spanish footballer Cristian García Ramos performs as a right defender for Córdoba CF. Cristian was born on 21 December 1981 in Terrassa, Catalonia.
In 1999, Ramos signed for Terrassa and his professional career began. Earlier, he used to represent the club’s youth side. At first, the defender made occasional appearances for the main team. He was increasingly used as a substitute footballer, but within some time he managed to get his place in the starting team. The head coach was impressed with the footballer’s results and gave him lots of playing time. In total, Cristian spent 6 years defending the colors of Terrassa. He produced five goals in 165 matches during the spell.
The following two seasons were spent playing for Poli Ejido, since Cristian first joined the club in 2005. Altogether, he appeared 77 times and scored two goals for the team.
In the summer 2007, the defender was bought out by Cádiz. From the very first season, Ramos started to make frequent appearances for the main eleven. He spent three years making 109 appearances and netting 6 goals for the team.
In 2010, a move to Ponferradina happened. Cristian quickly established himself as a regular member of the starting XI. The 2010/2011 season was lined with 36 appearances made. In the summer 2011, Ramos was scouted by Córdoba CF.
