Daniel Larsson is a footballer from Sweden currently playing for Real Valladolid as a striker. He was born in 1987 in Gothenburg, Sweden, and came through the youth ranks of IFK Göteborg and IK Zenith. In 2002 he began his professional playing career at BK Häcken and stayed there for quite a long period, he wasn’t used in the first team all the time but during his last season with BK Häcken he helped the team to win promotion to the Allsvenskan.
In 2009 he moved to Malmö FF. In his first season with the club he proved himself one of the team’s top scorers and also made an impressive amount of assists. He helped the side to win the 2010 Allsvenskan. He was Malmö FF’s top scorer during the league in 2011 but the 2012 season wasn’t a success as Larsson helped the team with only four goals. His contract with Malmö FF expired on 1 January 2013 and he moved to Spain, where he joined Real Valladolid.
Daniel Larsson was a part of the Sweden national team at U17 and U19 levels before he made his first senior squad appearance in January 2010. That was the match against Oman.
