Djakaridja Koné is a Burkinabé midfielder who plays for Evian in the French Ligue 1. He was born on 22 July 1986 in Abidjan, Ivory Coast.
Djakaridja has an extensive international football experience. He started out his professional career with Israeli side Hapoel Petah Tikva in 2006 where he made 58 appearances for three seasons. In 2009, Koné moved to Romanian club Dinamo București and helped them to win the Romanian Cup in the 2011/12 season. For his outstanding performances Koné was named the Man of the Match in the cup’s final match against Rapid București. In the summer 2012, Burkinabé midfielder signed for the French side Evian and plays there today.
Djakaridja Koné ade his debut for the Burkina Faso national team in a match against Cape Verde in February 2011.
