Dušan Kuciak is a Slovak goalkeeper currently playing for Polish top-flight side Legia Warsaw. He was born on 21 May 1985 in Žilina, Slovakia.
Dušan was formed in the youth ranks of his hometown side MŠK Žilina. In 2002, he joined the first team of the club where he played for six seasons. The year 2007, brought him true glory as he claimed the Slovak Super Liga title and Slovak Super Cup together with Žilina. In 2005, Kuciak had a short loan spell at West Ham United. In 2008, the goalkeeper joined the Romanian side Vaslui. He was a big asset for the team that won the 2008 UEFA Intertoto Cup. In 2011, Kuciak signed for Legia Warsaw from the Polish Ekstraklasa and plays for the club to date.
Dušan Kuciak is capped to the Slovakia national team since 2006. He played his first international match against UAE in December 2006.
