Fabiano Santacroce is a defender for Parma. He was born on 24 August 1986 in Camaçari, Brazil.
Fabiano’s youth career was saturated and it ended at Italian Calcio Como. Santacroce studied there for several years until finally being promoted to the first squad.
In 2004 Santacroce signed his first professional contract with Como and played for the club until 2005 totaling 15 appearances. In 2005 Santacroce was transferred to Brescia, where he irregularly started matches totaling 3 goals in 43 appearances during 3 seasons.
During the 2008 summer transfer window Fabiano joined Napoli on a long-term contract. During 3 seasons Santacroce periodically featured for Napoli with a personal standing of 55 starts. In the summer of 2011, due to his lack of game practice, Fabiano was loaned to Parma where he irregularly started matches.
In 2012 Parma signed a permanent contract with the defender but due to his incosistency loaned him to Serie B side Padova.
From 2007 to 2009 Fabiano represented Italy U-21, with a total of 6 caps.
