Fabio Borini is a striker of Liverpool. He was born on 29 March 1991 in Bentivoglio, Italy.
Fabio started his youth career in 2001, when he entered Bologna youth program. For 6 years Borini stayed with the academy becoming one of its best apprentices, which attracted the attention of the English Chelsea. In 2007 the Italian forward moved to England and joined The Cobham Academy. During the following two years Fabio was getting ready for the start of his professional career.
In 2009 Fabio Borini signed his first professional contract with Chelsea FC. The footballer delayed his complete professional debut for two years due to his youth, inexperience and the strong competition in the club. During this period he managed to make only 4 appearances for the club. At the beginning of 2011 Borini joined Swansea City FC on loan where the young footballer played 9 times and scored 6 goals.
In summer 2011 Italian Parma showed interest in signing Fabio. After all the details of the deal had been resolved, Borini signed a pre-contract agreement with Parma, and on 1 July 2011 Fabio was made a permanent player in the Italian team. The managers of the club made a decision to send the footballer out on loan so that he could gain the necessary experience needed to adapt to the Italian football and get rid of unnecessary mistakes in Parma. The same summer Borini went to Rome to join AS Roma for one year run. Fabio was a regular starter in the capital club. He netted 9 goals in 24 appearances for the club. In 2012 Fabio moved to England again, this time to Liverpool FC.
However, his appearances were limited and before the season 2013/2014 he was loaned to Sunderland.
From 2006 through 2011 Fabio was capped 30 times and scored 7 goals for the Italian U-16, U-17, U-19 and U-21 teams. In 2012 Fabio received a call-up from the Italian national team for the first time, making his high-level international debut.
