A Spanish footballer Federico Vico Villegas, aka Fede, acts as a midfielder for Córdoba CF. Fede was born on 4 July 1994 in Córdoba, Andalusia.
Vico started his playing career at the youth academy of the local club of Córdoba. He spent several years playing for numerous youth teams. That period turned to be very productive for the young footballer, as he got his first performing experience and studied the game in its minutest details. In 2011, the midfielder finished his formation and was ready to start his performance on a senior level.
In 2011, Fede got his first chance on the senior side of the club. At first, he performed for the B team, but was soon selected by the head coach for the main eleven of Córdoba. Vico debuted for the first team on 23 January 2011 in a match against Girona FC. He came as a sub for Juanmi Callejón. Fede’s debut goal was racked up on 3 March 2012 in a game with Xerez CD. Nevertheless, the midfielder continues to represent the B team. He’s already appeared more than ten times for the reserves and more than 20 times for the first eleven. The midfielder is considered to become the first-choice player for the main squad in the nearest future.
On international level, Fede Vico produced two goals in eight appearances for the Spain national youth team at U-17 and U-18 levels from 2010 to 2012. His debut for the Spain full side took place in 2012.
