Georgi Milanov is a Bulgarian midfielder, a product of the Litex Lovech Academy, born on 19 February 1992 in Levski.
Georgi started out his senior career at Litex Lovech in 2009 delivering his first goal in a league match versus Lokomotiv Mezdra. In the 2009/10 season, Georgi debuted on the European stage in the Champions League qualification. During the following years with Litex, Milanov collected the A PFG title winner's medal 2 times in a row and lifted the Bulgarian Supercup.
In the summer 2013 the youngster moved to Russian champions CSKA Moscow.
In 2010, Georgi was called up to the Bulgaria U-21 team for the first time. He took part in qualifications for the UEFA European U-21 Championship. In October 2010, Milanov started in all the three games of the UEFA European U-21 Championship.
Milanov made his full international debut on 7 October 2011. A year later, on 7 September 2012, the midfielder fired his first international goal in the match versus Italy.
