A Brazilian footballer Gilson Rosa de Jesus plays as a central defender for Atlético Goianiense. He was born on 29 November 1979.
In 2002, Gilson was hired by Gama and his professional career started off. During his debut season the footballer was honored with the title in the Campeonato Brasileiro.
In 2003, Jesus opted to join Brasiliense. The move turned to be a success as further honors followed. He won the Campeonato Brasiliense under the club’s flag three times (in 2004, 2005 and 2006).
In 2007, Gilson was loaned to Atlético Goianiense, where he managed to reveal his talent. In 2007, together with the team he won the Campeonato Goiano de Futebol and the following year he won Campeonato Brasileiro. In 2009, when the spell was coming to an end, the management of the temporary club offered Jesus a contract on permanent basis. He took the proposal and became the squad’s official member.
