Hugo Rodallega Martínez is a football player from Colombia, born in 1985. He began to play football at Boca Juniors de Cali and in 2004 he joined Deportes Quindío and in 2005 he moved to Deportivo Cali, with whom he won the 2005-II Copa Mustang.
In 2006 Rodallega moved to Mexico, signing for Monterrey and shortly after his arrival he was loaned to Atlas. In 2007 he joined Necaxa and stayed there until his departure to England in the winter transfer window in 2009. He switched to English Premier League team Wigan Athletic for £4.5 million. His debut there was on 28 January 2009 in the match against Liverpool, where Rodallega appeared as a substitute. He netted his first goal for the side 9 May 2009 in the game against West Bromwich Albion and during his stay with the club until the summer of 2012, when he was released, he made over a hundred appearances. In July 2012 Rodallega penned a three-year contract with Fulham.
He has represented the Colombian national team since 2005. He was a part of the team winning the South American Youth Championship in 2005, where he played nine matches and scored eleven goals.
