Jacopo Dezi is a midfielder of Napoli. He was born on 10 February 1992 in Atri, Italy.
Jacopo’s youth career started at Giulianova youth academy where for a long time he was one of the brightest students. As part of his club’s youth team Jacopo played in the Italian youth championship. After many years of successful performance with the youth squad the management of the club offered the young halfback to join the senior squad and Jacopo eagerly signed his first professional contract.
In the summer of 2009 Jacopo became a key player at Giulianova. During Jacopo’s debut season with home club the head coach periodically allowed the young midfielder on the field as a substitute which didn’t prevent him from gaining experience quickly and performing well for Giulianova. During the 2009/10 season Jacopo made 18 appearances for the home club.
In 2010 the young Italian halfback caught the eye of Napoli as the club carried out its rejuvenation policy. In the summer of 2010, after short talks between the clubs, Dezi signed for Napoli. Jacopo hasn’t become a regular at Napoli side and was first loaned to Barletta and later on to Crotone.
