Jamie Ness is a football player from Scotland, born in 1991. He graduated from the youth academy of Rangers and was promoted to the senior team. His debut for the first team came in the pre-season match against Portsmouth but injuries prevented him from playing in the league and Ness made his league debut on 26 December 2010 in a 4-1 victory over Motherwell. He netted his first goal for Rangers in the Scottish Cup match against Celtic on 6 February 2011. Ness picked up an injury which kept his aside from playing in the major part of the 2011/12 season and throughout that season he featured in five matches.
On 3 July 2012 Ness joined Stoke City on a four-year deal and made his debut for them on 24 July in a pre-season game against Columbus Crew.
He has represented the Scotland national U17, U19 and U21 teams.
