Jordan Slew is a striker of Blackburn Rovers. He was born on 7 September 1992 in Gleadless, England.
Jordan started to play football in the academy of Sheffield United, where he managed to gain the confidence of the coaching staff and proved to be a very promising player. It took the footballer four years to get ready for a professional start.
In 2010, Slew penned his first senior contract with the club and netted three goals in 11 games during his début season, which attracted the attention of English side Blackburn Rovers. In the summer 2011, ‘The Riversiders’ secured the striker’s services, but the manager gave him only one chance to come on the pitch till January 2012, when Jordan went on loan to Stevenage. He made nine appearances for the team during his spell and sealed a temporary deal with Oldham Athletic.
From 2011, the footballer has been capped two times for the England national U-19 squad.
