Julian Derstroff. Biography

Julian-Maurice Derstroff is a professional German footballer who is currently starring in the forward line for Borussia Dortmund reserve team. The athlete was born in Zweibrücken, Germany on January 5, 1992.

Julian Derstroff trained to play football at the academy of Ixheim SV till the year of 2002, when he moved to the junior squad of 1. FC Kaiserslautern. He performed for the club at the youth level till 2011 and then joined the senior team. But the footballer’s leg was seriously injured soon afterwards, and the striker had to remain out of action for some time after the operation. Julian Derstroff made his debut in the Fußball-Bundesliga on February 11, 2012 in a match against Bayern Munich FC.

In 2013 Derstroff was invited to the reserve squad of Borussia Dortmund.
