Leonardo Bittencourt

Leonardo Bittencourt is a football player from Germany, born in 1993 in Leipzig. He came through the youth system of Energie Cottbus and then went on with the senior squad. He featured with the first team and also made several appearances for the reserves. In December 2011 he was offered a four-year deal with Borussia Dortmund, whom Leonardo Bittencourt joined in July 2012.

In the summer 2013 Leonardo joined Hannover 96.

Since 2009 he has played for the Germany youth team at different levels.
