Lerato Chabangu. Biography

A South African footballer Lerato Chabangu plays for Moroka Swallows. He was born on 15 August 1985 in Tembisa.

Lerato spent his junior career performing for the youth squad of Supersport United. In 2003, he was hired by Pretoria University and his senior career got a start. He stayed at the club for two years producing a solid performance. The footballer belted 12 goals in 32 games for Pretoria.

In 2005, the footballer moved to Mamelodi Sundowns. The same year, he earned the first call for the South Africa full side. Lerato made more than 80 appearances for Sundowns. In 2009, he had a brief spell at the boyhood club SuperSport United. He’d made nine appearances for United and returned to Mamelodi Sundowns. He spent the 2009/2010 season with the squad, appearing only two times.

In 2011, Chabangu officially became the member of Moroka Swallows.
