Luke Chambers is a back of Ipswich Town. He was born on 28 September 1985 in Kettering, England.
In 2001, Luke joined the academy of Northampton Town and started to perform for the junior squad of the club. It took the footballer two years to reach the new heights and develop his skills to a professional level.
In 2003, Chambers penned his first senior contract and officially became a part of the first team. The back made solid display and earned a place in the starting line-up by the 2005/2006 season. He made 124 appearances and netted one goal for Northampton Town during four years.
In 2007, Luke sealed a deal with Nottingham Forrest and cemented a regular place in the starting XI at once. The footballer helped his new club to be confident of defense and amassed 17 goals in 205 fixtures for ‘The Foresters’ during five seasons.
In the summer 2012, Chambers put pen to paper of a three-year contract with Ipswich Town and fired one goal in 25 matches for the team as of January 2013.
