Marco Ruben is an Argentinian striker of Dynamo Kyiv. He was born on 26 October 1986 in Capitán Bermúdez, Argentina.
Marco started out his youth career at Rosario Central, later signing a professional deal with the club in 2004. During a two-year stay at Rosario he featured in 77 matches and netted 20 goals. In 2007 he was transferred to River Plate for $7.5 million.
In January 2008, Villarreal CF bought Ruben for a $7 million fee. Marco was loaned to Recreativo de Huelva. He celebrated his debut appearance for the club, coming on as a substitute in a 1-3 home loss to Getafe CF. From 2009 to 2010, Ruben played for Villarreal B, amassing 31 appearances and scoring 17 goals. In February 2010, Marco stepped up to the first team of Villarreal CF. He registered 65 starts and managed 17 goals for the Spanish side, before joining Dynamo Kyiv in the summer 2012.
In the season 2013/2014 Ruben played on loan with a French side Evian.
On 5 June 2011 Ruben debuted for the Argentina national squad and clinched a goal in a fixture against Poland.
