Maximilian Riedmüller is a German goalkeeper, born and grew up in Munich.
Maximilian spent his youth at FV Hansa Neuhausenn and TSV Forstenried football academies.
He played his first professional game for Bayern Munich II on 1 March 2009 when he substituted the injured main goalkeeper Thomas Kraft in the match versus Carl Zeiss Jena.
In the 2011/12 season Riedmüller was invited to the club’s first team and given the number 4 shirt. During that season he was only Bayern Munich third goalkeeper, ready to replace the experienced Manuel Neuer and Hans-Jörg Butt.
In the summer 2013 Riedmuller moved to Holstein Kiel.
