Milan Biševac is a central defender at Paris Saint-Germain FC. He was born on 31 August 1983 in Titova Mitrovica (SFR Yugoslavia).
Milan’s professional career started in 2001 when he joined FK BASK from the Serbian First League. He signed his first professional contract with the club in summer 2001. During two seasons the footballer appeared for the Serbian club in 52 matches and netted 5 goals.
In 2003 the defender moved to FK Sopot where he stayed for a year taking part in 15 matches and scoring 1 goal.
In 2004 Biševac played for FK Železnik in 14 matches scoring 1 goal. And in the summer of 2004 he continued his career at one of the strongest Serbian football clubs Red Star Belgrade. The footballer played with the team over a period of three years thus participating in 58 matches during which the defender netted 3 goals.
In 2007 a Serbian footballer attracted attention of French club RC Lens that signed a contract with the player. He represented the club until 2008. During one season the defender featured in 35 matches and scored 1 goal.
In 2008 Milan continued his career at another French club Valenciennes that was playing in Ligue 1. He signed a four-year contract with the club but left the team one year earlier. During three seasons the defender was one of the key players of the major squad. He took part in 100 matches and netted 4 goals.
In 2011 a Serbian defender received a call-up to Paris Saint-Germain FC that was impressed by Milan’s play while at Valenciennes. The clubs quickly came to an agreement and in the summer of 2011 the footballer officially became a Paris Saint-Germain player.
Since 2006 Milan Biševac has been called up 9 times to the Serbia national football team.
