Nenad Milijaš is a midfielder of Red Star Belgrade. He was born on 30 April 1983 in Belgrade, Serbia.
Nenad’s professional career took off in 2000, when he put pen to paper of his first professional contract with Zemun after several years in the academy of the club. The footballer netted 22 goals in 130 fixtures for the team during five seasons and transferred to top-flight Red Star Belgrade, where he amassed 37 goals in 97 matches during three years.
Milijaš drew the attention of various foreign clubs, but English side Wolverhampton Wanderers were the first to offer the midfielder a lucrative contract. In the summer 2009, Nenad penned a deal with ‘The Wolves’ and fired four goals in 62 games during three seasons.
In the summer 2012, the footballer returned to Red Star Belgrade.
From 2008, Milijaš has been capped 25 times and contributed four goals for the Serbia national squad.
