Paulinho

A Portuguese footballer Paulo Sérgio Mota, better known as Paulinho, performs for Moreirense as a right back. Paulo was born on 13 July 1991 in Vila Nova de Gaia.

When Paulinho was 9 years he entered the youth academy of Porto and his junior career began. The player spent nine years at the club’s youth department, since he first appeared in 2000. During that period he went through almost all the ranks of Dragões. In 2009, the young right back was scouted by Leixões, where he finished his formation.

In 2010, Paulinho got his first opportunity on the senior side of Leixões. He remained at the club until 2012, making 30 appearances.

In the summer 2012, a move to Moreirense happened. A three-year contract was penned and the footballer joined the main squad.
