Pedro Vega

Pedro Vega is a Spanish professional midfielder currently playing for Las Palmas in the Spanish Segunda División. He was born on 19 July 1979 in Vega de San Mateo, Spain.

The product of Las Palmas youth system, Pedro was called into the reserve team of the club in 1998. In between 2000 and 2002, he played on loan for Granada and Universidad Las Palmas. Having gained enough experience, Vega was given a regular spot in Las Palmas first team. But his career really picked up steam in 2004 when he joined Polideportivo Ejido. Vega scored 31 goals in 136 Segunda División matches during a four-year stint at the team. He then had a season-long spell at Levante and then, in 2009, Pedro Vega moved back to his first club Las Palmas where he plays today.
