Peter Jungschläger is a midfielder of RKC Waalwijk. He was born on 22 May 1984 in Voorburg, Netherlands.
Peter’s career took off in the academy of ADO Den Haag, where the footballer trained and performed for various youth teams. His professional début came on 4 December 2005 in the away 3-2 victory over Sparta Rotterdam. In February 2006, the player joined the main team and cemented a regular place till the end of the season.
In the summer 2006, Jungschläger transferred to RBC Roosendaal, where he made his first appearance on 10 August 2007 in the home 1-0 victory over Fortuna Sittard. On 5 October the same year, the midfielder netted his first goal in the match versus Almere City and propelled his squad to a win. Peter took part in 63 fixtures and found the net two times for the club during one year and a half.
From winter 2008, the footballer performed for VVV-Venlo. In the summer 2008, Jungschläger penned a three-year deal with De Graafschap, where he made 50 appearances and kicked three goals.
At the beginning of the 2011/2012 season, Peter completed a move to Australian side Gold Coast United and made his début for the new team on 9 October 2011 in the home 1-1 draw with New Zealand side Wellington Phoenix. At the end of the season, the management did not offer the midfielder an extension, and he returned to the Netherlands. On 27 June 2012, Jungschläger sealed a three-year deal with RKC Waalwijk.
