Scott Wagstaff is a midfielder of Bristol City. He was born on 31 March 1990 in Maidstone, England.
In 1998, Scott joined the academy of Charlton Athletic and quickly adapted to the new atmosphere, which helped him to cruise through various junior squads. It took the footballer ten years to perfect his skills and give a final touch to all the preparations for a professional start.
In 2008, Wagstaff graduated from the youth system and penned his first senior contract with ‘The Addicks’, but went on loan to Bournemouth at once. The midfielder made five appearances for the team during the first half of the 2007/2008 season and sealed a temporary deal with Northwich Victoria, where he netted one goal in five fixtures during his spell.
After returning to his parent Charlton, Scott became the pivot and fired 17 goals in 115 matches for the club by the summer 2012, when the management decided to send him on loan to Leyton Orient.
Since 2013 Wagstaff has played for Bristol City.
