Sebastian was born in Königstein im Taunus. He started in the youth team of FC Königstein and in 1998 the budding right back was recruited by Eintracht Frankfurt. After playing in the youth squad for ten years he was finally sent to the reserve team. There he had 28 apps and made one score. On March 8, 2009 he made his debut for the first side. And within a year he scored his first Bundesliga goal in the match against Borussia Dortmund.
At this very time he was capped for the German U-18 national team and had in all 4 appearances.
Despite the fact that his career was developing very rapidly he didn’t manage to reserve his place in the first eleven at once. But it didn’t dishearten him and in the season 2010/2011 he eventually became the first-string right back of Eintracht Frankfurt. Here he played 81 game in three seasons and scored twice. Since 2009 he is representing his national U-21 team and has 13 matches on his account.
