Sebastian Mila is a Polish midfielder born on 10 July 1982 in Koszalin, Poland.
At the early stages of his career, Sebastian played for such teams as Gwardia Koszalin, Lechia Gdańsk, Wisła Płock. In 2002, he joined Dyskobolia Grodzisk Wielkopolski. Mila was a fantastic asset for the club during the 2003/04 UEFA Cup as he scored a crucial goal against Manchester City that cost the English team elimination. In the 2005/06 season, he spent at Austria Wien and in 2007 Mila found himself at Norwegian Vålerenga. However, Sebastian had the best time of his career in Śląsk Wrocław jersey. In 2009, he helped his side to win the Ekstraklasa Cup and was instrumental figure during the 2010/11 Ekstraklasa as Śląsk Wrocław finished as runners-up. In the 2011/12 season, Mila recorded the Ekstraklasa title together with the club.
Sebastian Mila is capped to the Poland national team since 2003.
