Sergey Gridin is a Kazakh footballer. He was born in 1987 and graduated from Tsesna youth academy. He was promoted to the first team and played for them between 2005 and 2010 with intervals in 2007 and 2009 when he was loaned to Caspiy and Zhetysu. In 2011 Gridin played for Tobol, in 2012 he played for Astana and from there was loaned to Shakhter Karagandy. In 2013 he moved to Aktobe.
Sergey Gridin earned his first international cap on 3 June 2011 and marked his debut for the Kazakhstan national team with 2 goals, helping the squad to beat Azerbaijan 2-1.
