Shaun Batt is a striker of Leyton Orient. He was born on 22 February 1987 in Harlow, England.
In 2003, Shaun graduated from the academy of Stevenage Borough and started his professional performance for the club. After half a year with the team, the footballer went on loan to Arlesey Town and made encouraging display in several matches before completing a temporary move to Cheshunt, where he made two appearances during six months.
In the summer 2005, Batt put pen to paper of a contract with Dagenham & Redbridge, but failed to come on the pitch for the new club and was loaned out to Ilford. From 2005 till 2007, the striker netted eight goals in 48 fixtures for Ilford, Leyton, East Thurrock United and St Albans City on temporary basis.
In 2007, Shaun sealed a permanent deal with Fisher Athletic and fired 11 goals in 33 matches for the team during one season, which drew the attention of various English clubs. In the summer 2008, the footballer transferred to Peterborough United and chipped in four goals in 60 games during one year and a half.
In January 2010, Batt was sent on loan to Millwall for the second half of the 2009/2010 season. The striker made 17 appearances and kicked three goals for ‘The Lions’, which helped the manager to make a right choice. After the end of Shaun’s spell, Millwall secured his services on permanent basis and saw him feature in 20 games overall. He also had spells with Crawley Town and Leyton Orient. The latter opted to sign th eplayer on permanet basis in June 2013.
