Shir Tzedek is a central defender who plays for Hapoel Ironi. He was born on 22 August 1989 in Bet She’an, Israel.
Shir took up playing football at Hapoel Bet She’an football school, later joining Maccabi Netanya. From 2007 to 2009 he played for the junior team of Hapoel Ironi. In 2009 Tzedek penned a professional contract with the side.
In 2009 Shir debuted for the first team and registered 16 appearances during the 2009/2010 season, helping the club to gain a promotion to the Israeli Premier League.
During the 2010/2011 season Tzedek made only 10 league outings. However, the young defender became a regular starter in the 2011/2012 season and participated in 39 games, including 8 appearances in the Toto Cup.
