Srđan Mijailović. Biography

Srđan Mijailović is a player of Red Star Belgrade, who can operate both as a centre back and as a defensive midfielder. He was born on 10 November 1993 in Požega, Serbia.

Srđan is a product of Red Star Belgrade academy. The footballer cruised through all youth levels and penned his first professional contract with the club in 2010. He made only several appearances during his début season, but managed to draw the attention of Russian teams like Spartak, CSKA and Kuban. Mijailović took part in 46 fixtures for ‘The Red & Whites’ as of February 2013.

From 2009 till 2010, the player featured in 11 matches for the Serbia national U-17 squad. From 2011, he has made four appearances for the national U-19 team. From 2012, Srđan has been capped five times for the full national squad.
