Taleb Twatiha was born on 21 June 1992 in Jisr az-Zarqa, Israel. Twatiha plays as a left back. Taleb is a product of Maccabi Haifa’s youth academy where the footballer spent his entire junior career playing for different youth squads of his age.
In 2009 Twatiha penned his first professional agreement with Maccabi Haifa. In the first season the footballer took part in 11 official games including one Champions League qualification match. In the following season Twatiha’s solid performance helped him win the trust of the head coach and come on the pitch more often. Besides, the footballer scored his debut goal during this campaign.
In the 2011/2012 season Taleb Twatiha began playing as a left defender and missed only several games for Maccabi Haifa. Since 2009 the defender has netted 3 goals in more than 55 matches for this Israeli team. From 2007 to 2009 Twatiha was called up 23 times to the Israel national U-16 and U-17 football teams. Since 2009 the footballer has been playing for the Israel national U-19 team. In 2011 the young footballer gained his first cap for the senior side.
