Tebogo Monyai. Biography

Tebogo Monyai is a South African defender currently playing for Pretoria University in the Premier Soccer League. He was born on 22 September 1979 in Tzaneen, South Africa.

Tebogo started out his football grooming with Winners Park in 1998. In 2001, he signed his first professional contract with University of Pretoria. Monyai was resplendent with his 13 goals in 84 matches for the Tuks during a four-year stint there. In 2006, the player moved to Moroka Swallows where he played for two seasons and left for Black Aces in 2009. Most recently he returned to his first club Pretoria University and plays there till today.

Tebogo Monyai is capped to the South Africa national team since 2010. He made his international debut in the 2012 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Botswana in March 2010.
