Thievy Bifouma. Biography

Thievy Bifouma, commonly known as simply Thievy, is a French forward, born on 13 May 1992 in Saint-Denis, France.

Thievy was groomed in the youth system of Strasbourg in between 2006 and 2010. In 2010, he moved to Spain and began his senior career at Espanyol. Bifouma initially played for the reserve team of the club. He sparked furor scoring a hat-trick in a 3-0 victory over the reserves of FC Barcelona in the Copa Catalunya final on 10 August 2011. In the 2011/12 season, Bifouma was promoted to the first team of the club. In the next campaign he moved on loan to the second-division club Las Palmas and later on to West Bromwich Albion.
