Tyrone Barnett is a forward of Peterborough United. He was born on 28 October 1985 in Stevenage, England.
In 2005, Tyrone started his professional performance after penning his first senior contract with Rushall Olympic. The footballer made 34 appearances and netted 13 goals for the club before completing a move to AFC Telford United, where he fired three goals in 11 fixtures. A lot of English teams took an interest in Barnett, but Willenhall Town left their rivals behind and offered the forward a lucrative contract. Tyrone amassed 22 goals in 36 matches for the new club during one year and transferred to Hednesford Town, where he found the net 40 times in 81 games during two seasons.
In 2010, the footballer sealed a deal with Macclesfield Town and kicked 13 goals in 49 fixtures for the team during the 2010/2011 season. In the summer 2011, he put pen to paper of a contract with Crawley Town and scored 14 goals in 26 games before being sent on loan to Peterborough United, where he went on to net four times in 14 matches. The management of ‘The Posh’ liked Barnett’s performance and secured his services on a permanent deal, but decided to loan the forward out to Ipswich Town in November 2012. Tyrone chipped in one goal in ten fixtures for Peterborough United as of February 2013.
