Vadym Sapay is a Ukrainian professional footballer playing as a midfielder for Vorskla Poltava FC. He was born on February 7, 1986 in Ukrainian SSR, Soviet Union.
In 1999 Vadym Sapay started training at the academy of Torpedo Nikolaev FC, where he stayed for one year. Then the footballer moved to the academy of Knyazha Shchaslyve FC and three years later, in 2003, started his professional career at Borysfen-2 Boryspil FC. In 2004 the midfielder played for Inter Boyarka FC and in 2005 returned to Borysfen Boryspil FC. Vadym Sapay marked the 13 games he took part in with 2 goals.
In 2006 the footballer signed up with Metalurh Donetsk FC till 2008. But unfortunately the midfielder played only in 8 matches.
In the season of 2009/10 Vadym Sapay performed for Stal Alchevsk FC where he made 22 appearances and scored once. From 2010 till 2012 the midfielder wore the jersey of Obolon Kyiv FC and gained load of play experience having participated in 50 matches.
In 2012 Vadym Sapay joined Vorskla Poltava FC playing in the Ukrainian Premier League.
