Vicente Guaita. Biography

Vicente Guaita Panadero is a Spanish goalkeeper who started his career at Valencia CF.

He made his first appearance in the season 2008/09 but as soon as Valencia purchased Miguel Ángel Moyà from Malloca both Guaita and his position-mate Renan were sent on loan to Recreativo, a club of the second division. The young keeper managed to show his best qualities conceding only 24 goals in 30 games. That is why he was awarded with the Ricardo Zamora trophy by MARCA.

After the season was over Vicente went back to Valencia. The coaching staff were satisfied with the job done by the goalie and entrusted him to a place in the starting 11.

Guaita continued playing quality football and after the season of 2010/11 was over Vicente was awarded a contract with the Bats till 2015.
