Vitali Dyakov was born on 31 January 1989 in Krasnodar, Russia. Vitali started from scratch at football school of Krasnodar team.
In 2006, Dyakov began to play for FC Lokomotiv Moscow. In 2007, the youth team loaned the player to FC Sochi-04. In 2008, the footballer moved on loan again to FC Gubkin.
In 2009, Vitali moved back to FC Lokomotiv, where he performed in the first team. In 2009, the footballer appeared on the pitch in Youth team championship.
In 2010, Dyakov moved on loan to FC Lokomotiv-2 Moscow. The player debuted for the team in the match against FC Torpedo Vladimir in April. A new coach Yuri Krasnozhan was appointed, and Vitali began to appear during first squad trainings. But the following season the player started training again with the youth team.
According to the 2011 season results, Vitali became the best youth team player, and the team won the championship. In the 2011 season, Dyakov appeared in 27 games, scoring 9 goals. The same season Vitali became the team captain.
In 2011, Dyakov left the club. In January 2012, the footballer undersigned a three-year contract with FC Rostov. Vitali made his debut in the Russian Football Championship in April in the match against FC Terek. During the whole game the player remained on the field.
