Vitalie Bordian is a defender of Moldovan origin who plays for Hoverla Uzhhorod. He was born on 11 August 1984 in Chişinău, Moldavian SSR, Soviet Union.
Vitalie is a product of Zimbru football school. In 2001 he started out as a professional footballer at Zimbru Chişinău. In 2002 Bordian was transferred to the Russian side Lokomotiv Moscow, where he played for the reserve team until 2004.
In 2005 the footballer completed a move to Metalist Kharkiv, signing a three-year contract with the club. In December 2008 Vitalie extended his contract with Metalist. From 2005 to 2012 Bordian featured in 162 matches and netted 7 goals for the side. In the summer of 2012 the footballer joined Hoverla Uzhhorod.
In 2008 Vitalie Bordian was named the best footballer of Moldova. Since 2005 he has been regularly called up to the Moldova national team.
