Wang Qiang. Biography

Wang Qiang is a Chinese defender currently playing for Shandong Luneng in the Chinese top division. He was born on 23 July 1984 in Liaoning, China.

Wang embarked on his senior career at Changsha Ginde where he played for seven years. For that period he made a total of 151 appearances for the team. In 2011, Qiang joined Shandong Luneng and plays there today.

Wang Qiang got a first taste of international action in a match against Palestine in July 2009. He was part of the squad who won the East Asian Football Championship in 2010.
