A Venezuelan footballer Yonathan Alexander Del Valle Rodríguez plays for Rio Ave as a striker. He’s on loan from Auxerre. He was born on 28 May 1990 in Valencia.
His professional career started at the local club Carabobo. But Yonathan didn’t perform for the team, as he was too young. In 2007, he signed a year contract with Maracaibo, where he made occasional appearances, featuring in 11 matches. In 2008, Valle joined Deportivo Táchira, where he got more playing time. In total, the striker made 47 appearances and netted 5 goals for the team. In the summer 2011, Yonathan was selected by Auxerre from Ligue 1. He made no appearances for the new team, that’s why in 2012 he was sent on loan to Rio Ave.
In 2009, Yonathan Del Valle earned his first call for the Venezuela national team. He’s become the representative of the Venezuela U-20 team since 2009, having made more than 15 appearances for the squad.
