Ertuğrul Sağlam is a Turkish retired striker and a manager. He was born on 19 November 1969 in Zonguldak, Turkey.
Ertuğrul began his professional career at Samsunspor in 1988. He helped the club to win the TFF First League in the 1990/91 and 1992/93 season thus earning them promotion to the top tier. Overall, Sağlam made a total of 42 goals in 138 matches during a six-year spell at the club. Then he moved to Beşiktaş pulling off the debut 1994/95 season as the Süper Lig winner. Sağlam scored 106 goals in 167 games for the club for six years. Since 2000, he played for Samsunspor again before the retirement in 2003.
Ertuğrul Sağlam embarked on his managerial career as the head coach of Samsunspor in 2004. In July 2005, he moved to coach Kayserispor and introduced them to the UEFA Intertoto Cup, the first European competition the Kayseri not only took part in but became the champions in 2006. In the 2007/08 season, Sağlam was at the helm of Beşiktaş and in January 2009 he signed a contract with Bursaspor. Ertuğrul Sağlam made a great impact for the club leading them to the Süper Lig victory in the 2009/10 season. In 2013 he was sacked from the post but was soon offered a job at Eskişehirspor.
