Vitaliy Kvartsyanyi is a retired Ukrainian midfielder and a coach. He was born on 19 July 1953 in Lutsk, Ukrainian SSR.
Vitaliy began his professional career at his hometown club Torpedo Lutsk in 1977 but the same year moved to Pryladyst Lutsk where he played for seven years before retirement in 1984.
In 1984, Kvartsyanyi embarked on his managerial career as an assistant at his first club Torpedo Lutsk. In 1988, he moved to Volyn Lutsk and in between 1990 and 1994 he coached the Polish side Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski. Since 1994 up to 2012, Kvartsyanyi was in charge of different clubs such as Volyn Lutsk again, Podillya Khmelnytskyi, Pidshypnyk Lutsk and Kryvbas Kryvyi Rih. In 2012, he took over reins at Metalurh Zaporizhya but was soon ascked due to poor results.
